Hi, I’m Patrick — I was born in Cologne, Germany, and I’m not your typical personal trainer. I’m an online entrepreneur, software developer, and certified personal trainer, and I truly believe these worlds make me better in each.

I didn’t grow up caring much about fitness. As a developer, I spent years sitting in front of a computer, and with my tall frame (I’m 6’3”), I paid the price early on: a weak core, back pain, neck pain — you name it. A friend’s casual gym invite changed everything for me — I started training, got motivated, transformed my body, and eventually dove deep into fitness education, earning multiple certifications. I went on to launch my own fitness start-up, developing online fitness solutions and mobile apps.

But fitness isn’t just about workouts; it’s about problem-solving. Just like software development pushes me to adapt, learn, and find tailored solutions, I apply that same mindset to helping people with their health goals.

This journey is also personal. My father suffered from back pain most of his life, and my mother’s falls in older age drastically changed her mobility. Seeing firsthand how core strength and balance affect quality of life drives my mission today: helping others strengthen their bodies, reduce pain, and move with confidence — at any age.
